Just a little message to let you all know on here, that after much deliberation the time has come for me to hang up my scales, after deciding to take a break from groups at the end of March I’ve now decided that I’m ready for a new chapter.

My groups have been getting looked after by John S W Kelly for the last 10 weeks and will continue to until further notice (thank you so much john)

I’ve had almost 14 years doing a job that I’ve absolutely loved, we’ve seen so many successes and shared the highs and lows of weight loss
Together as one big family.

Thank you all for all your support, friendship, kindness and most of all for picking me as your consultant over the years.

I will miss you all, good luck on your weight loss journeys take care & I wish you all the best for the future.

If you know ANY family or friends with a knowsley GP or home address who would love to lose weight and haven't been a Slimming World member in the last 6 months (if they have and their health has deteriorated through their weight) they can self refer to Slimming world on referal by calling 0151 289 9555, the vouchers are worth 12 weeks of Slimming World classes ...! ❤ A message to all my past members ❤

In March 2020 we closed our doors for what we were told was 3 weeks...5 months later we walked back into our groups for a short while until we closed the doors in November for a promised 4 weeks...December saw us back together only for January to hit and once again those doors closed...until 12th April 2021 came and saw us back together once more...this time to stay!

Along the way we've lost some of you and I want you to know that you are really missed by both myself and your friends in group. Our groups are a community and as one member so perfectly put it at the start of all of this we are a family and we are waiting with open arms and a cuppa to welcome you back.

I understand for some of you the thought of stepping through those doors is terrifying, you are feeling so low you'd rather stay where it feels comfortable, you're worried about what people will think, who is sitting in the seat you always sat in, and much more I'm sure, but please know we aren't here to judge, there is no humiliation just bags of love and support to get you started on your journey.

We can't change the past but we can change the future, so please don't worry drop me a message we would love to have you back every Tuesday 9:00, 5:00 or 6:30 and every Wednesday 9:00 or 10:30 at The Joseph Lappin Centre
