Your pelvic floor may be contributing towards your low back pain, it could be tightened and needs to relax or weakened and need strengthening

Or jt could well be your back itself, either way it isn’t something you should just get on with

I was scrolling back through this Instagram to try and a photo from the early days to celebrate Fall's Therapy being 8 years old but then I thought NAHHH picture of the back of Olive's head is much better 😂

I feel really lucky to be able to call this my job, helping people is incredibly rewarding but I get to meet like minded people daily which is the best bit

My maternity is soon ending, 4 months of Olive and breastfeeding have been the best months but we've had some really hard moments and scary ones but she is thriving and incredible. Won't be long till she's weaning and crawling!
