Theta Healing helps to resolve subconscious blocks/self limiting beliefs from this lifetime, genetic line, past lives & soul. This is a unique meditation class based on the principals of Theta Healing created by me 😊

The structure of the sessions is:
💫Settling in & explanation of the session.
🧘‍♀️In a blissful and tranquil meditation I guide you through 7 planes of existence,
🌍 1st Mother Earth
🌱 2nd plants & elementals
🧍‍♀️ 3rd energy balancing through physical body
🤍 4th Ancestor Guides
👼 5th Guardian Angels & Guides
🌌6th Universal Laws
❤️💥 7th Pure energy of Love & Creation
😴 At this point you will be in a very deep relaxed state, Theta brainwave, dream state. If you meditate already you may find you go deeper than usual in this meditation.
🧠 I work on releasing subconscious blocks/self limiting beliefs that arise on a core(this lifetime), genetic line, soul or history(past lives)level that arise for the collective. This will be totally different every session.
🎁 I gift you with some beautiful positive feelings downloads relating to the blocks released.
🙏 I ask for any messages from guardian angels, guides, higher selves, ancestors or any other beings of love who may wish to share some guidance with us.
🌳Finally I guide you back down through the 7 planes & ground you back into your consciousness.

After the session we will have time to talk through your experience & answer questions if desired.

7.40pm arrival &explanation, please no earlier as I will be prepping the room. We start the Meditation at 7.50pm.

This is an adults meditation class. Older teens may attend with an adult & consent. (We do have a separate children’s meditation and wellbeing class running twice a month for ages 10+)
