Hi there, I'm new at face book so please bare with me!
I'm not new at understanding the mind-field of dieting though, and the stress that surrounds; dieting, binge eating, comfort foods, weight loss, weight gain disappointment, guilt and confusion.
I have been studying this subject for many years but I knew that there was a missing piece of the 'jig-saw'.
I am so happy to share with you the good news that I have found it now!
I started with me and went down 2 dress sizes in a few months! Even though I was eating anything and everything. Now I have tried it out with others with amazing results.
