▪️ Full Face Rejuvenation & Side Profile Balancing▪️⁣

We recently posted a reel of one of our full face rejuvenation treatments that Dr Adam performed recently. In addition to the rejuvenating treatments, filler was placed in a way to balance the client’s side profile, as you can see in these before and after images. ⁣

▪️ Artistic Approach to Anti Ageing ▪️⁣

What exactly do we mean when we talk about being the home of “Artistic Aesthetics” on our Instagram bio and website?⁣

Well, we think these before and after images of this lovely client sum it up quite well. Many practitioners might have looked at this lovely lady’s face and simply decided to treat only the deep nasolabial folds present. In taking an artistic approach to aesthetics instead, along with having an expert understanding of the anti ageing process as a whole, Dr Adam did not do this however. To achieve greater results, he first replaced the lost volume in the cheek area, as this was causing the the lower face to sag. Once cheek filler had provided much needed structural support, it is only then that the nasolabial folds were treated, using much less filler than would have been required if the cheeks were left untouched.⁣

The overall result and effect of treating both areas is massively improved when compared to trying to just fill the folds on their own. It is this medical expertise, understanding and knowledgeable approach that sets Dr Adam, and The Fibonacci Clinic, apart.⁣

▪️ Midface Filler▪️⁣

The midface is often a neglected area of the face when it comes to filler, most likely because it’s a more advanced technique that a lot of injectors never progress onto learning about. However, the midface is extremely important when it comes to reversing visible signs of ageing.⁣
⁣
As we age, we lose facial volume, mainly through loss of facial fat. This starts a downward migration of tissues, often resulting in the formation of deeper nasolabial folds, marionette lines and eventually, jowls. Cheek filler is important in patients who have started to undergo this ageing process. The client in the above images has had cheek filler before at another clinic, however the midface is neglected when solely performing cheek filler. This results in a discrepancy in volumes between the medial and lateral aspects of the face. ⁣
⁣
To address this, Dr Adam used a cannula to place a firm filler deep into the midface, providing lift and shape to the area. As you can see from the after photo, this treatment has also lifted the nasolabial folds, and blended in the volume to the lateral cheek, creating continuity and a more youthful fullness. The result is the work of an aesthetics practitioner who truly understands the anatomy of the face, and the ageing process as a whole.⁣

▪️ Nose Filler (Non-Surgical Nose Job/Rhinoplasty)▪️⁣⁣

Using dermal filler in the nose can create dramatic transformations in as little as just 10 minutes. Dermal filler can be used in a number of ways within the nose, but typically we aim to lift the nose, shape the tip, and fill the nasal bridge to disguise a dorsal hump.
