Earlier this summer I was privileged to be able to raise over £1000 in support of the British Heart Foundation in memory of a close personal friend by completing a 47 mile ultra around Lake Windermere. Thank you Promedica24 Wirral for your generous donation to this worthy cause and to Fellows Podiatry in Heswall for getting my feet in good shape in order to be able to complete this event. The pre-cut kinesiology tape patches you recommended were a god send!

Supporting Our Communities: Dementia Awareness at the Care Curious Community Hub

This week, Promedica24 Dorset hosted a Dementia Awareness session as part of our Care Curious Community Hub initiative. Led by Sue Warr from Prama Life, the session welcomed attendees including Lacey and Corina from Carltonlima Care, and Dr Natalie Djohari, Embedded Researcher at Bournemouth University.

With dementia now touching the lives of so many, understanding how to support those affected and ourselves is more important than ever. Practical advice and simple, thoughtful approaches can make a meaningful difference.
