Most people how much they are eating on a daily basis which makes losing weight a much slower process.
⭐️Studies show that people who keep track of what they eat lose weight more consistently than people who do not.
3️⃣ You're not eating enough protein.
Eating protein at 25-30% of your calories can boost your metabolism by 80-100 calories per day.
⭐️ Pro tip: If you eat breakfast make sure to load up on protein. Studies show that people who eat a high protein breakfast are less hungry and have fewer cravings throughout the day.
4️⃣ You aren't lifting weights.
Strength training helps you burn fat and also is key to maintain long term fat loss.
