🔔 Important Update: New UK Laws on Aesthetic Treatments

The UK Government has announced new legislation to regulate and licence non-surgical cosmetic procedures an essential step toward improving safety and restoring confidence across the industry.

What’s changing:
 ✅ Mandatory licences for clinics offering Botox and dermal fillers ✅ Only qualified healthcare professionals allowed to perform high-risk treatments (e.g. non-surgical BBLs) ✅ CQC regulation for the most invasive procedures ✅ Stronger standards around hygiene, training, and insurance ✅ Legal safeguards to protect under-18s from social media-fuelled trends ✅ Enforcement against unsafe or unqualified practitioners
