Cake OCD!

Mum of 3 and at the moment full time office worker who loves making cakes!!

It started with the thought of Iā€™m not paying that for my daughters frozen themed birthday cake......a cupcake lesson later and I was hooked! I am mostly self taught and have cake OCD, I have to remember at times that it is food and it will behave the way it wants to :)

Making cakes has made me understand why good cakes cost so much, the time taken to source, create and actually bake and make the cake takes a long time. I only use the best ingredients and although I will never be the cheapest I will not be the most expensive.

I offer bespoke cakes for Birthdays, anniversary's, christenings, communions and weddings in a choice of flavours and designs.
