Today one of my gorgeous club members Compass Nutrition had her review and full body stats done.

She doesn't want to share her face or name and that's ok but she gave me permission to share these.

The first question I ask at reviews is always what do you like best about this?
This lovely lady always brings me a list of things she likes and today it was 2 pages long 😊

It was emotional for me and her as these non scale victories are lifechanging for her 💪❤️😍
