Break....Fast. Flooding the body with nutrients.

I was doing Keto for a couple of months. It helped me in that moment. Then my body spoke to me and told me I needed veggies and some fruit. I listened and haven't ate meat for the last week.

Dropped a couple of more pounds and eating 1 meal a day. My mind feels calm after my practice of yoga, meditation and walk today.

Life is a souls journey and the body is the vessel for that blessing. Be in tune and listen to what serves and what doesn't.
