Looking for a friendly space to stay active and connected? Our Wellbeing Hub is on every Wednesday from 10 AM to 2 PM at Middleton Court, Speke (L24 2RB) for those aged 55+.

Tomorrow SWAGGA PCN will be at Asda Hunts Cross, 10am till 1pm offering free health checks, social prescribing and cancer screening information. 🩺😃

The Living Well bus will be there 10:30am till 4pm offering Winter vaccines (Flu and Covid-19), children’s
immunisations and health checks.

SWAGGA PCN have started the new Cancer Support & Friendship Group at Speke with South Liverpool Homes every Thursday 10.30am till 12pm at Speke, The Market Place.

This is a chance to connect, share, and find strength in a supportive community. You don't have to face cancer alone.

We warmly invite anyone affected by cancer – patients, survivors, family members, and carers – to join us.

Unable to make Thursdays? We have our support group at Netherley Youth & Community Initiative every Friday, 10:30am till 12pm.☕💜

Last week, our Ageing Well team has been out and about in local care homes, bringing the fun factor to the festive season! 🌟

Residents have been getting creative and making beautiful Christmas decorations, sharing laughter, stories, and plenty of holiday spirit along the way. 🖌️🎅

It’s all about connection, creativity, and joy – because ageing well means living well! ❤️
