🚨 Important Notice to Our Community 🚨

22nd June Sunday at around 1:37 PM, two men entered our mobile phone shop pretending to be regular customers. While one of our staff was showing them phones, one of the men suddenly pulled out a knife. They threatened our colleague, grabbed multiple phones, and ran out of the shop.

Thankfully, no one was hurt, but valuable stock was stolen.

We’ve reported the incident to the police and handed over CCTV footage and images of the suspects. We’ve also learned the same two individuals targeted Crack Mobile Shop in the city centre and Smithdown Mobile Shop in similar robberies recently.

This is part of a pattern — and it’s now been featured in the Liverpool Echo as well.

We urge all nearby shops to stay alert, especially mobile phone and tech stores. Security has now been tightened in our shop, and we are working closely with the police.
