I’m really excited about this!

It can be such a taboo topic to discuss as a family.
Remove the embarrassment, the shame and instead create positive duscussions and experiences.

Many families and caregivers struggle with how to have the conversations with their daughters on talking about periods.
This workshop will give the tools to create an environment at home where talking about periods is normal and where preteens/teens are able to support each other.

Run by Rachel Moss, a menstrual cycle educator this is going to be fabulous!

Saturday 28th June 10-1pm £25 per couple (ie parent and daughter)

You’ll need to message me your interest in order for me to forward on your booking.

Last time we treated hot flushes, migraine, tinnitus, stress, anxiety, chronic pain…and the feedback was wonderful!
