About Us
Company Background originally founded in 1995 as a "Health and Safety Club" to provide Health and Safety support to small and medium sized organisations. The company has continued to grow and we now also offer training and support to both our club members and clients, some of whom then become part of our HSClub as they are happy with the service provided and are confident we can look after their requirements and provide a safety net of support and peace of mind. Our HSClub helps organisations to establish Health and Safety targets that are achievable and realistic, acting as the catalyst for training and specific programmes such as Risk Assessments and Policy Development. Since starting out, we have shown that even though companies may be in the same industry sector, no two companies are the same. This proves that it is necessary to provide bespoke Health and Safety provision for each company. Through the acquisition of additional technical equipment and personnel and compliance with the professional development schemes, the professional services that we offer have become more extensive than ever. WE ARE HIRING

randr Safety Systems are looking to recruit a Health and Safety Advisor to support our growing Health and Safety Club to promote a positive health and safety culture in the workplace.

You will be required to ensure that employers and workers comply with safety legislation and that safety policies and practices are adopted and adhered to.

You will work in a range of sectors supporting club members and clients with health and safety management systems and training and advice. You will also plan, implement, monitor, and review protective and preventative safety measures.

Carry out regular site inspections and complete written reports and observations.

Take calls, emails, and queries supporting club members with day-to-day issues.

Assist club members to carry out risk assessments and consider how risks could be reduced.

Outline safe operational procedures which identify and take into account all relevant hazards

Ensure working practices are safe and comply with legislation
prepare health and safety strategies and develop internal policy
lead in-house training with managers and employees about health and safety issues and risks

Keep records of inspection findings and produce reports that suggest improvements.

Keep up to date with new legislation and maintain a working knowledge of all Health and Safety Executive (HSE) legislation and any developments that affect the employer's industry.

You should have a minimum of NEBOSH General Certificate and proven past experience in the role of HS advisor.
