Safety & Surrender 🌿🌀

Recently, I’ve been reflecting deeply on how true healing unfolds. Not through pressure, force, or performance…
But through safety.

True healing happens when we feel safe enough to surrender. 🤲

Not just mentally, but physically, emotionally, energetically.
When the nervous system isn’t braced for the next blow. ⚡️
When the heart doesn’t have to guard itself anymore. 💔➡️💗
When the soul recognises it’s being held with integrity and love. ✨

That’s when something softens.
That’s when the body begins to trust. That’s when the release can come, through tears, laughter, trembling, stillness, or deep presence. 🌈

I know this not just as a practitioner… but through my own healing journey. This has been my story too, learning to let go, piece by piece, as safety gently made space for surrender.

And I witness this same shift in my clients, whether during a Kambo session 🐸 deep intuitive massage 🤍 Reyad Sekh Em alchemical healing 🔮 or other energy work.

🐸 Kambo – A Sacred 1:2:1 Journey of Deep Release & Reconnection 🐸

I had the honour of holding space for a dear sister in a private 1:2:1 Kambo ceremony, a powerful experience of surrender, purification, and deep inner work.

We began by burning the gates, small, intentional points on the skin that act as portals for the medicine to enter. This sacred process opens the body physically and energetically to receive the wisdom of the frog.

The Kambo secretion is then applied, where it works quickly through the lymphatic system, scanning the body, clearing toxins, and shifting stagnant energy. It brought clarity, motivation, and lightness, lifting the heaviness, dissolving blockages, and clearing the path forward.

You don’t always need the perfect words to know something isn’t right. Sometimes people come to Kambo because they feel heavy, lost, stuck, or disconnected,
from themselves, their bodies, or their purpose. They know deep down that something needs to change… even if they don’t yet know what that is.

Kambo can support a wide range of challenges, including:

In Family Constellations, we begin at the roots 🌳 With the two great gateways into this life, the mother and the father.

The Mother Bond is our first connection to life. She is the one who gave us breath. Our first source of nourishment, holding, and belonging.

The way we relate to receiving, love, care, support, even our sense of purpose, is often shaped by this early bond.

In this work, we simply explore what we carry from this connection. Not to blame, but to bring compassion and awareness to the patterns we may unconsciously repeat.

Healing the mother line is about coming home to ourselves.
Reclaiming our right to receive and to thrive 🌹

The Father Bond is the path of strength and direction. The energy that supports us to move out into the world with clarity and confidence.

The father often represents structure, action, and protection.
When this energy is missing or misaligned, we might find ourselves unsure of our path, or hesitant to take up space.
