🔥NEOSH isn’t just a course… It’s a process of soul integration.

These teachings don’t always come straight away… They land when you’re ready. And not always in the way you think they will… They meet you in your own way, your own timing, your own experience.

It’s not something you copy…
It’s something you embody, in a way that’s completely unique to you.

For me, it’s taken time… but now I’m feeling it move through my work,
through my sessions…
in a way the mind can’t fully explain,
but the heart knows.

Such an honour to be assisting and holding space for those stepping into this work… watching people open, soften, and reconnect with something deeper within themselves.

And I will be forever grateful to my dear brother Lewis Powell for showing me the way, for trusting me, and for inspiring me to keep walking this path… even when it feels hard at times.

This is the path of soul integration…
bringing back the fragmented parts,
meeting what was exiled, and gently welcoming home the parts of ourselves we once denied.

And honestly… I’m blown away every single time.
The depth of what unfolds, the shifts that happen…
it never stops humbling me.

🔥Illusion.

Something I’ve been sitting with over the past couple of weeks…

Something that feels true…
but isn’t.

I’ve spent most of my life looking in the mirror and seeing something that wasn’t really me.

The way I’ve spoken to myself.
The things I’ve believed about my body.
The quiet, constant distortion running in the background.

And I’ve never wanted to label it…
but I can see now, there was an illusion there.

And illusions… need to be believed in to survive.

They repeat.
They create patterns.
They reinforce themselves until they feel like truth.

But they’re not.

Sitting and supporting the NEOSH space these past two weekends has brought this into even deeper awareness for me.

How the mind creates stories.
How the psyche protects by distorting.
How we carry roles, beliefs, and identities that were never truly ours…
and not even true in the first place.

All the things we’ve done, the mistakes we’ve made, the ways we’ve moved through life, so often shaped by unconscious patterns and beliefs
we didn’t even realise were running the show.

And how we can live our whole lives
inside something that simply… isn’t true.

Of course I can look after myself more.
Go for a run. Exercise. Join a gym.
Detox. Eat cleaner. Juice. Water fast.
Take all the supplements in the world…

And the intention is there.

But I’m human, right?

I’m not perfect… but I’m also not what I’ve believed about myself.

And when things start to finally land…

I have to remind myself.
I’ve been doing this work for years now.

And still…
the mind can create things that feel so real, yet simply aren’t true.

Truth doesn’t need to be forced.
It doesn’t need to be repeated or defended.

It just is.

And when something real lands, you feel it.

The body softens.
The charge releases.
Something lets go.

Because illusions take energy to maintain…
but truth frees it.

I’m really seeing now how many things I’ve believed about myself that just aren’t true.

And that’s not something to fix. it’s something to see.

Clearly.
