Don't worry we have not forgot how important your health is too and the following Tuesday 6th May Carmen's talk will be on prostrate

We are finding men are enjoying the workshops as well as the women and are going to provide workshops for both men and women. We have chose the workshops till the end of May now by speaking with the community and the break down on workshops are as follows

Carmen runs free 15 minute workshops every Tuesday at 10am

Why only 15 minutes?

15 minutes gives you enough information and shows you how little time you need to bring these healthy ways into your busy schedual and it shows you how simple it is

Each Tuesday will have a different workshop, concentrating on all the healing benefits of one herb or on a health concern sich as gut, digestion, menapause, insomnia, anxiety etc and going through the herbs and foods that will benefit it.

We will run a poll next week on some options and Carmen will start running the 15 minute workshops on the one most requested.

We've had a lot of requests to video and upload these workshops on to here. We're happy to start doing this but..... 😊 we are looking for someone to volunteer to video these and help us with social media, perhaps even our website. Neither me or Carmen are IT savy

We'd be looking for someone who knows how to do this and has the passion and love for the role

The food club will be open today 10am till 3pm, gates open at 9.30am

Nicole will be selling the raffle tickets for the signed Declan Rice England football shirt that you could win or you could win a voucher for holistics/apothecary or a chocolate 🍫 hamper. £3 a strip, it gets drawn on Valentines day, Friday 14th Feb

Incredible Holistics and apothecary is open 10am till 2pm today and again tomorrow Saturday 10am till 1pm

On Tuesday 10am Carmen will be doing her free 15 minute workshop on cloves and all the health benefits these little cloves that many of you will already have l, can do for you
