With hot weather across the North West this weekend, make sure you stay hydrated.

Dehydration means your body loses more fluids than you take in, and children and older adults are more at risk.

If it's not treated, it can become a serious problem.

Hot weather can lead to heat exhaustion or heatstroke. Watch out for:
🤒 Dizziness or confusion
😰 Heavy sweating
💚 Fast pulse
😴 Feeling very tired or sick
If someone becomes unwell in the heat, act fast.
