When I say I’ve tried EVERYTHING for perfect skin I mean everything 🙃
Explanations below so you don’t have to make all the same mistakes I have!
1. This one is pretty self explanatory IYKYK. I’m sure we could start a support group with the amount of people this product victimised, the smell of apricots alone is enough to give me PTSD 😭 I think that product is responsible for the majority of my ice pick scars and this is why I NEVER recommend using a physical scrub on your face!
2. This has definitely been the game changer in fixing my acne! I used to trust that if a product was labelled for oily or acne prone skin then it would be acne safe but this is not the case! I make sure every single ingredient is non-comedogenic in any products that I use, and even my shampoo, body wash and make up! All of the products I use in clinic are also non-comedogenic to make sure your pores are kept squeaky clean 🧼
3. I was definitely a counter girls favourite customer because before I really knew about how important reading the ingredients was I used to just buy any product that I thought would fix my skin 💷 I’d take recommendations from YouTubers, friends, sales reps, anyone whose skin looked better than mine! However what I failed to realise was that their skin was completely different to mine so no matter how much I paid that product would never work for me.
4. In my opinion microneedling is the best treatment to invest in for your skin. Studies have shown that after 4 treatments you can boost your collagen by 400% 📈Collagen is what keeps our skin looking youthful and unfortunately we start to lose it after the age of 25 which is why regular microneedling appointments are so important for your skins natural collagen production.
5. I think everyone has tried this out, I know some people swear by it! The truth is that although it may dry up a breakout slightly it’s not helping it in any other way and the harsh fragrance could even irritate your skin even more. There are much better spot treatments available so save the toothpaste for your teeth 🦷
