Certification is obtained on completion of both theory and practical learning.

Massage 💆‍♀️ sos 🛟 for a Therapist..
I was in great need of help,
my body was calling out to be saved,
she was in pain from head to toe,
every day felt and feels like a struggle, my joints my muscles ake,
My job as a massage therapist is highly physical,
Looking after clients in there time of needs,
Plus I cycle 🚲 to work day in day out,
Look after the house and the kids all on my own,
No man or partner to rub me down,
Just prayer 🙏 to the lord for relief,
Please get me through today,
With this body feeling this way,
So I reached out and asked for help,
My friends came to help and gently rubbed my aching back,
But I needed more,
I needed a full MOT,
Yesterday I booked myself in to be treated with care,
To be relieved of the stress in my body,
And importantly to be touched and soothed.
I booked in for a deep tissue massage from head to toe,
Every part of my body hurt as the therapist tends to my screaming muscles,
All tense and on edge,
The 1st touch of relief ran through like a tidal wave of energy,
Sending sensation to my every nerve endings,
My body sang in joy as the therapist hands worked her magic,
The lat tic acid build up hurt especially in my legs,
But I breathe through the pain and relaxation finally came,
1hr of touch I thought was all I needed,
But I thought no I have to keep up the maintenance,
I can’t go that long again neglecting my body,
Giving to everyone 1st and putting me last on the list,
So I’m booked in again in a month’s time, To help save my body from what has been over worked and left in pain..

Massage 💆‍♀️ is SO important for our bodies,
It helps everything flow,
It’s like the poor old tin man who lost his oil can, frozen in time,
Until Dorothy found it and gave him a good oiling and he was able to move..

That’s how I feel today, if I don’t look after my body and maintain my muscles so they are flexible and subtle,
They will once again freeze over and stiffen, Just like the tin man who needed to be saved…
I give thanks 🙏 and gratitude for my therapist who saved another therapist,
For today I’m feeling better still feeling the benefits of my massage.
I can go to work and help others in there SOS 🛟 time of need…

This workshop is designed for people who wish to expand their crystal healing with more practical ways.
Or for those who are interested in Crystals and the healing powers they process.

I will demonstrate the different ways which I perform Crystal healing techniques , so that you can take them away and practice these methods on friends and family.

(There is an option to obtain certification through The Guild, I will talk about this on the day, it’s £114 for this extra course.) Ideal for practitioners who wish to use Crystal healing in their therapy.

Feel the relaxation of Holistic therapy Treatments.

I started my journey back in 2009, when a medium told me I'd be good at Reflexology or Crystal work. I didn’t have a clue what Reflexology was, I'd known about Crystals and had a small collection but never knew you could work with them. So, after going to the local library and reading up on these subjects I decided to do a Reflexology course and never looked back. I've been in love with Reflexology and other Holistic treatments ever since. I now have almost 10 years of experience as a Reflexologist and other Holistic treatments like massage, Reiki and working with the wonderful qualities of Crystals.

I love talking to like minded people and have met a lot of wonderful and inspiring people along the way. Together we have taught each other the wonderful gifts life has to offer I will forever be grateful to those who have taught me to live a more positive and holistic lifestyle. After a tragic event that happened to my family I was shown this path to follow, it has changed my life in ways that even I can’t believe.

I passed my Angelic Reiki course in 2011 this is where my life changed for the better. Through self healing and understanding my own emotions, it gave me the power to live life with a positive out look. It has made me a better person with more compassion and love for the world around us. It has helped me see things on different dimensions not just what is in the here and now, but what lies ahead in the spiritual world too. I have met my angels and spirit guides through meditation and they are always there helping and guiding me through life's trials and tribulations. Showing me the goodness life has and helping through the troubles and stresses life can bring. It has helped me get over not just my emotional pain but real actual pain. A few years ago I had an accident on my bike and fell off, I injured my knee quite badly and it swelled to double its normal size. I was in a lot of pain, so I thought I know I'll help this with Reiki. I was able to put the healing energy right into the knee and draw out the pain and reduce the swelling. I was a bit sceptical at first but gave it a try anyway. Believe me it worked, I was back on my feet after two days and back in work by day three. I feel truly blessed to have this gift and all I want to do is share it with the world.

We’ve just moved back to Liverpool after being away for more than 20years. I’m so excited to meet with my old friends and gain new ones along the way. That is why I have taken the courage to share what I can do and to hopefully help you live life more positively and Holistically. We all need to help each other get bye in life and to be more compassionate to our fellow folk. I’m here to help and cant wait to meet you.
