Marnie, community support worker at Belong at Home Newcastle-under-Lyme, is manning the stall at the village for Care Home Open Week. 💜🏡

She is on hand to chat about the wide range of services available to both Belong apartment customers, and those living outside of the village in the town and surrounding areas.

Whether you need a bit of extra support around the home in the near future, or even if you think it's a long way off, come and say hello (Marnie's lovely!). 👋

"What can I say? The care provided to my mum was outstanding. Carers paid attention to her needs and went above and beyond with everything - including tending to mums dogs and ensuring her home was clean and tidy. Mum thoroughly enjoyed her trips out going to the zoo, the lakes, walk along the canal, for lunch, even to one pub where she was served by a robot. Highly recommend all staff. Mum has sadly passed away now however the Belong team and the care, support and attention will always be remembered!"

We had another big birthday over the weekend - Belong at Home Chester's Bob turned 80 on Friday 13th June. 🥳

Team leader, Heather Mills and the team decided to put on a little surprise for our Bob, inviting some of his friends from experience days to enjoy lunch together in the village bistro, indulge in some cake, and of course, sing happy birthday!

Many happy returns, Bob! 🎂🎈
