People say this with good intentions… “just go with with the flow”

They mean plans can change (and they can) but that doesn’t mean going with the flow is going to help you when a midwife or doctor is throwing a load of birth options at you that you’ve never even heard of

That flow is what is really common…and that flow actually feels really scary at the time and you feel quite vulnerable because you don’t know why or how you’ve got to this point

So don’t let that be you, it’s not about being rigid in your plans your allowed to change your mind, your allowed to accept things you didn’t know you would accept…but it’s going to help you out so much to know what type of things are likely to come up and when so you can be prepared for ALL eventualities

Hospital policy is just that a policy a guideline only you decide what happens to you in your on birth with your own body.

You may not feel confident to do this YET… that’s where I come in…my courses are designed to help you figure out your options and decide for yourself

I don’t decide for you; I don’t tell you what you should do because I know you’re capable of that by yourself, I won’t try and take your power away..:I will boost it as high as it can go

You can make it easier, in fact only you can! You can choose to work on your mindset and learn some coping mechanisms and you can gain control over the experience

You can do all of this by working with me, I have done this 3 times, with no medicinal pain relief (didn’t like the side effects) and you can do it too…I am not special
