💔 Our sauna’s packed in.
She’s given us everything… but today she said “no more.”

We’ve done all we can to revive her, but turns out nearly all her elements need replacing 😬
She’s getting a full reset on Sunday.

So — we’re closing from today until Monday, when we’ll be back up and sweating at a perfect 90°C 🔥

To celebrate we wanted to introduce you to one of our amazing lifeguards!

Meet Al 👋 - we sat down with him (post sauna, naturally) to have a little chat. He’s been a lifeguard for 6 years now and loves it!
His favourite thing about the job is being able to enjoy the outdoors everyday ☀️

Al’s always popping in for a quick sauna too! - “Early morning sauna’s are so peaceful, it’s the best way to start the day.”

We’re proud to partner with the British Sauna Society, a like-minded organization that shares our commitment to making the benefits of saunas accessible to everyone in the UK. Saunas are more than just heat therapy—they’re a space for connection and community.

The British Sauna Society is a non-profit promoting the physical, mental, and social benefits of sauna culture across the UK. By bringing authentic European sauna practices and creating standards for use, they work to reboot the ancient tradition of communal bathing here in Britain. The BSS is also the UK member of the International Sauna Association (ISA).
