Learning to manage your mental health, is a lot like learning to mange your bathtub - you need to make sure it doesn't all over flow and cause additional mess in other areas of your life.
My name is Kim, I have had my own mental health struggles, and in my role as a coach and therapist, and through my business, I support you to mange your stress bathtub, and all the issues it creates: Anxiety, Burnout, Career transition, Depression, Panic Attacks, Phobias, Relaxation, Self Esteem, Self-Defeating Behaviours, Wellness, Work-Life Balance, Work related stress, Work performance and productivity
No matter who you are, or where you are in your life, stress can come at you in an abundance, from all directions; home, work, kids, colleagues, friends, family, strangers, social media, etc.
It's very easy for your bathtub to over flow, so together we;
1. identify where the stress is coming from (triggers)
2. develop effective ways to release and problem solve the stress and related issues (tools)
3. develop a solution focussed plan to prevent anything escalating further (mental health)
4. put you back in control of your mental health and mental capacity
This working approach will lead you to reduced stress and anxiety, improved wellness and wellbeing and prevent long term mental and physical health issues from occurring.
I’m a scouse-bumpkin, which means I am approachable, practical, straight talking and have a sense of humour. This linked to my experience as a counsellor, therapist, leadership coach, hypnotherapist, senior manager and trainer, ensures I will support you to tackle yesterday's issues, today's problems and tomorrow's stresses effectively, using and integrative therapeutic approach alongside my unique 8 Wise model. I guarantee a safe, empathetic, non judgemental and confidential environment, either at my office, or virtually via Zoom or FaceTime.
