I teach workshops in rainbow relexation routine - self care and supporting persons with ASD/neurological disorders. Reflexology :Reflex points in the hands and feet mirror the body. By applying gentle pressure to those points relief from symptoms from many conditions may be achieved together with deep relaxation. Indian Head massage works on reducing stress and tension. Very effective to help relieve stress. Liz Keeble is a fully qualified and insured therapist based at Crosby Leisure Centre.

Bebe's Hive was created in memory of Bebe King.

Bebe's Hive has been created by Bebe's parents to provide a safe place where grieving children can find creativity and connection.

Dear Crosby Bubble:
Hi, I'm a local author and illustrator and am doing a book launch event at Write Blend this Saturday 17th May at 2pm to celebrate the 11th Anniversary of the very first book of mine that was published, Clara's Crazy Curls. This edition includes brand new rhymes. I will be reading the book, answering questions about life as an author and illustrator then getting the children to give me ideas to draw a character there and then on my iPad. The books are priced at £7 and I'll be signing them after. If you're looking for something fun and creative for the kids this weekend, I'd love to see you! 💗
