To help make fertility treatment more affordable for many, The Hewitt Fertility Centre offers a pathway of care called ‘Hewitt Options’.

You or someone you know might want to consider Hewitt Options if:

🔹 You are not eligible for NHS treatment due to factors such as your age, BMI, or where you live
🔹 You are not eligible for any further NHS-funded cycles
🔹 You already have children but want to grow your family.

Are you aged between 21-35, a non-smoker and would like to consider becoming an egg donor?

Many people from all ethnic backgrounds going through fertility treatment rely on egg donors to help achieve their dream of having a family.

We currently have a shortage of egg donors - could you help one of our patients?

Egg donation can give hope to women who may not be able to have a baby themselves due to having gone through early menopause or having had treatment such as chemotherapy or radiotherapy for cancer.

It can also help those who are looking to avoid passing on a genetic disorder to a child, or same s*x couples who hope to have a family through surrogacy.

Around one child in every UK classroom is born from in vitro fertilisation (IVF), which is when fertility hormones are taken to stimulate egg production, before being collected and mixed with s***m, and then transferred back to the womb.

There have been 219,885 live births using IVF from 1991 to 2023.
