I’ve been through the whole “look amazing but feel like crap” phase — ticking every fitness box but totally disconnected from myself. I learned the hard way that real wellbeing isn’t just how your body looks… it’s how you feel — mentally, emotionally, spiritually.
I’ve always loved movement and natural health. I used to teach fitness classes alongside my ‘serious’ job. But after a painful life chapter and a soul-sucking 9–5, I knew something had to change. I opened Peppermint with nothing to lose and a big hope of creating something holistic — something real.
Truthfully, I never imagined being front and centre. I was more than happy cheering from the sidelines. But then I gained confidence and decided to do my YTT. Since then, I gave yoga a proper go, and well… fell a bit in love with it.
Fast forward and I’ve been teaching for 2.5 years. My style? Fun, freeing, energising, and full of little nuggets of anatomy and philosophy (because the teacher in me will never leave 😅). I create a space where you’re allowed to mess up, laugh, start again — because that’s what I’ve needed in the past, someone to say, it’s fine, you’re okay, get up and try again!
I’m not here to be an influencer. I hate having my picture taken.
But this is me — showing up, imperfectly but fully.
