PATELLA TENDINOPATHY

Do you have pain localised in the front of your knee? Stiffness in your knee upon waking up in the morning? Tenderness below your knee cap?

These are all symptoms of a Patella Tendinopathy which is a common injury in sports involving jumping and activities performed on hard surfaces.

Try and incorporate these 3 exercises into your rehabilitation program or they can even be used as ‘prehab’ helping to reduce the risk of suffering a patella tendinopathy in the future.
