Apologies to anyone thinking of coming today but we had zero people say they were coming & something unexpected has come up so we decided to cancel.

It’s the free/donation monthly Reiki Share this Saturday at 1pm with Darren, Caroline & myself. We host this every month on the 2nd Sat of the month.

You don’t need to be attuned by me to attend but you do need to have done Reiki level 1 💜 Please let me know if you plan to attend so that I can gauge numbers. This is free however I will have a donation tin there if anyone feels they’d like to give a little to the venue as they’re doing amazing things to help the local community with mental health 💜

Anyone that’s done their Reiki master training with me if you would like a re-fresher I’m teaching it again on the 15th & 16th of April at First Person Project cic L8 at the usual times of 1pm until 6:30pm. You’re all welcome to come along for a small donation to the centre. Just let me know if you plan to attend. Not often I get to use a big space (thank you Caroline) so I’m making the most of it 💜

Reiki Master/Teacher Course this April on the 15th &16th. For once this class won’t be held in my home but at First Person Project cic in L8. Saturday & Sunday will both be 1pm until 6:30pm.
During the weekend you will receive the Reiki master attunement & corresponding symbol. I will recap anything you need reminding of from levels 1 & 2. Most of the focus will be on learning the Reiki attunements & day 2 will be devoted entirely to practicing giving all level of attunements to each other. I will be answering all questions throughout as usual & there will be some time for meditation & connecting with each other.
You will receive a Reiki manual to take home & your certificate. After this class you will be able to attune your friends & family to Reiki or if you have a Reiki business you’ll be able to start teaching.
To attend this class you will need to have completed Reiki level 2, ideally know the level 2 symbols by heart but I will cover them again if needs be. As long as you feel ready to take this next step then I will trust your judgement.
I recommend you bring some snacks with you as we finish late on both days & plenty of water. I recommend comfortable clothing & to bring anything else you feel drawn to such as notebooks, journal, crystals etc.
Cost is £250 or £200 for returning students. If any of my previous Reiki master students would like to come along for a refresher you’re more than welcome to come along for a small donation to the centre.
I’m super excited to be teaching again as I’ve had a good few months off. I’ve really missed connecting with my students 💜

Reiki & Crystal Therapy appointments available again 💜
Apologies that I’ve been away, a lot has been going on in my life.
Me & my beloved partner Jay bought a house in Kirkby in December & moved in over Christmas. As my clients & friends know, I practice Reiki from home. Now that we’ve moved I no longer have the beautiful healing room I had in Tuebrook. However I am going to make it work in our new home. I have plenty space to still take clients & as for teaching I have space for up to 2 students so it will always be personal.

🎉 Happy New Year 🎉
I hope you’ve all had a great start to 2023!! I’ve begun my year as I mean to go on... with a race 🏃‍♀️
Somehow me & Aaron managed to complete our 10k’s despite having a bad cough & David (who wasn’t sick) managed to bag himself a PB, & 2nd 🥈place overall!! I’m so proud of him as he only returned to running from knee surgery this year!
Thanks to for putting on an amazing NYE/NYD Liverbird double (5k, 10k, half marathon & marathon). I participated in today’s NYD 10k.
I hope everyone else has had the chance to do the things they’re passionate about today 💙🤍💙

My 2nd ever Cross Country took place this morning at Arrow Park in the snow the morning after the LRC xmas party!!
And it was AMAZING!! By far my favourite race of the year, it was so refreshing & felt like I was in a real winter wonderland ❄️
I literally couldn’t stop beaming with joy afterwards, was on such a high for ages. It’s moments like this that keep you running & make you never want to stop.
Thanks to for encouraging me to turn up this morning in the blistering cold when I thought I’d want to stay home & nurse my 1st hangover in over 9 years!! This is what Sunday morning’s are made for 😃
Looking forward to participating in the rest of the cross country season. Wish they could all be a snowy delight ⛄️
A massive well done to everyone for turning up this morning, especially those who were partying last night, you all did LRC proud 💙🤍💙

My 1st xmas night out in a lot of years!! Thanks LRC for an amazing night!
Except for the 1st pic with my No 1. race buddy they were all taken at the end of the night while staff were trying to get rid of us 😂 I really should have taken pics during the night then I might have got more funky neon lights on them.
I had the best night, I well & truly let my hair down & also spoke to some LRC members I’ve never spoken to before too which was great.
Looking forward to the next LRC social 💙🤍💙
