Over the next 6 weeks we will be running a 5pm adult and child circuit training class

We know how hard it to keep top of your fitness during the summer school holidays but we can help do just that 💪🏻

We will have limited spaces over the next 6 weeks so DM for prices and time table now 💙

What could be more be a more fun way to keep than working out with your kid 😊 and pushing each-other along the way 🔥
