Yesterday our Diabetes Specialist Team attended the Diabetes UK Conference at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool, learning from experts to further improve patient care. 👏

We loved welcoming members of our local community to our Community Garden event at Princes Park last week.

From gardening and creative art to chatting and learning together, it was a brilliant reminder of how shared spaces can bring people closer.
