Lauren was absolutely brilliant and the service I received was very caring, professional and layered with good advice to manage my foot recovery after surgery which has taken ages to heal.
I have pre existing injuries to my back and foot and felt at ease during my first appointment and in good hands literally.
I had scar tissue massage treatment, back massage and glute release. I felt my foot ease and move more freely afterwards and it enabled me to complete my personal safety training the day after, something i'd been anxious about.
The online pre appointment questionnaire was really easy to use and gave me the chance to be triaged before i arrived for my appointment. The after care and follow ups checking how I got on the day after was brilliant it just shows Lauren truly cares about her clients and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone struggling with injuries and in need of some professional treatment.
I've booked in again for later in the month and will be making regular appointments.
