Paul, a passionate runner and coach at the harriers, took a break for 18 months after the loss of his dad. During that time, he felt out of shape and noticed his body fat creeping up. But with the support of our club, a focus on good nutrition, and a fresh mindset, he's BACK—stronger than ever!

Now full of energy, eating well, and training again, he’s already smashed a 22-minute 5K with plenty left in the tank! He has a half marathon back in his sights.🏅🔥 And it’s not just him—his partner has also joined the journey, lost weight, and feels amazing!

Paul is now looking to pay it forward and help others feel their best too. He’s offering FREE wellness evaluations to friends who want to boost their energy, improve their nutrition, lose weight or kick-start or improve their own fitness journey!
