All you need to know to start your hot yoga and/or Hot Pilates practice with us ❤️

🔸This is a beginner friendly studio.
🔸You don’t need to be super fit and flexible.
🔸All classes are mixed.
🔸I have spare, basic mats here.
🔸Our classes are warm or hot rather than searing blistering heat.
🔸 You don’t need fancy clothes - just a vest and leggings/shorts.
🔸 I have lots of different payment options ranging from £11 payg to different tiers of monthly memberships to class bundles to annual discounted membership.
🔸Age range in our heated classes is 16-70iah at the moment; different ages, shapes, sizes etc.
🔸 All classes are booked/cancelled online but you can always get in touch with me if you have any questions or need any help with anything.
