Cursed with pathological earnestness, I cannot even advertise a taster month without clarifying what is and isn’t included up front:

£65 taster month is unlimited classes for 30 days and includes all heated yoga and Pilates, plus Barre, room temp Hatha yoga and Thursday 12pm Lunchtime yoga.

£40 taster month is unlimited weekday daytime classes only for 30 days.

I mean, either way they’re brilliant value like but, still, heaven forbid my brain allows me to be less than 100% accurate 🙄

So! Hot Yoga & Pilates, Room temp yoga, barre, pregnancy yoga, beginners yoga, chair yoga, teen yoga, mum & baby yoga ~ all at our lovely friendly studio in Waterloo, Crosby, Liverpool. Always beginner friendly ❤️

I love the different energy that Pregnancy Yoga brings to our studio and it’s a real privilege to see friendships and support form in the classes; building connections and sharing experiences can be incredibly powerful. You do not need to have done any yoga before and we provide everything you need, just wear comfortable clothes and bring a drink.

So sorry about this vid of me wanging on again but it’s just so much quicker this way! Tuesday mornings 10-11am. This class tends to skew a little ‘older’ and is fairly quiet so great if you don’t like the hustle and bustle of busy classes. You can take a cup of tea or coffee in with you, it’s totally beginner friendly and I’ve got everything we use here; so v low effort really other than booking and turning up ✔️ ✔️

Nope. Never. I once sustained whiplash, while teaching a class, from spinning around Exorcist style when I clocked someone filming 😂

Loads of other studios and gyms where that’s acceptable and good on them, because I don’t want to waste anyone’s time; if you want to film yourself in a yoga class then please swerve this studio. I’d love to have you in but not at the expense of the privacy, comfort and safety of everyone else here ❤️
