Our autumn/winter Sunday sessions are back! Held in our warm and cosy heated studio, this is 3 hours of beginner friendly yin yoga & guided meditation. It’s £25 per person. Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a cushion/pillow and blanket.

I do like using the room temp studio in summer, but now the temperature has dropped we’re back to the warm room upstairs!

Chair yoga on Mondays 12-1pm. Try your first class for free. We want you to feel comfortable and safe here (you most definitely are) so please do contact me to book a free class (or book it for someone else) to get a feel for our place. Setting foot in a new place for a a new class can be daunting, but people can feel how safe and welcoming our studio is on their first visit.

This class is led by my lovely friend Jen and is a small, welcoming group. Calming breath practices, gentle stretching, careful strengthening and always a cuppa on the go.
