We are building a purpose-built sound temple for our community.

This will be an intentionally designed sound temple — created for acoustics, resonance, and deep rest.
Sound isn’t just something we hear; it’s something we feel. Everything in our bodies operates through frequency and vibration. When we’re stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected, our systems fall out of harmony. Sound healing works by gently bringing the body and nervous system back into balance.

Temple of Higher Frequency will offer sound healing, holistic therapy, and supportive wellbeing events for those who need a place to reset and feel held.

Temple of Higher Frequency is in the process of becoming a registered Community Interest Company, ensuring it will operate with transparency and for community benefit. This isn’t a short-term idea — it’s a structure being built to stand for years to come, serving the community long into the future.

Welcome to the Temple

For the past few years, I’ve been deeply studying acoustic archaeology exploring how ancient civilisations designed structures intentionally for sound and resonance.
From the temples of Ancient Egypt and India to the theatres of Ancient Greece, our ancestors understood that frequency and vibration were not just artistic tools, but powerful forces that influence the human body, mind and spirit.

In the first couple of years of developing Temple of Higher Frequency, I immersed myself in researching How sacred geometry shapes acoustics, How frequency and vibration impact the nervous system and physical body, The materials historically used to amplify, soften or direct sound and the relationship between structure, resonance and wellbeing.

Alongside study, I’ve experienced first-hand how intentional sound environments can regulate the body, shift emotional states and support healing.

After extensive research into sustainable building methods and materials, I eventually found a company in America teaching an innovative building technology that aligns perfectly with the materials and structural principles I need.
This method is, Eco-friendly, Cost-effective, Structurally strong and able to be constructed in a matter of days. My intention is to train with them and then build the structure here in the UK, with one of their professionals flying over to oversee and guide the build. This will ensure integrity, safety and quality from the very beginning.

At the moment, I’m in the process of setting up the CIC. However, in order to secure my place on the course before funding is in place, I’m asking for donations to help cover the training cost. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
This step will accelerate everything allowing me to secure the method, and move forward confidently with building a dedicated sound healing dome for community wellbeing.

Yesterday I shared my vision publicly… and the response has blown me away.

I’m building a resonance structure from the ground up — a space devoted to frequency, vibration and community healing here in the North West and beyond.

Temple of Higher Frequency will be a registered CIC (Community Interest Company) — built to serve the community first, with transparency and purpose at its core.

The messages, the offers of support, the donations towards my building course… it’s already moving. This vision wants to happen.

My Big Reveal to the Community… 💛

It’s time.

Today I’m officially sharing the video for our GoFundMe — and revealing what Temple of Higher Frequency is truly becoming.

We are building a Sound Temple.

A physical dome space dedicated to sound healing, nervous system regulation, community connection and higher consciousness.

But what does “Higher Frequency” actually mean?

Everything in existence is vibration. Modern physics shows us that all matter — including our bodies — is energy moving at different frequencies. Sound is vibration. Thoughts are vibration. Emotions carry measurable energetic patterns.

When we experience stress, trauma, grief or fear, our nervous system drops into survival states. The body tightens. Our internal rhythm becomes incoherent and dysregulated.

Sound healing introduces harmonious, coherent vibration back into the system. Through gongs, crystal bowls, voice and intentional frequency, we support the body in remembering its natural rhythm — balance, safety, expansion.

A “higher frequency” isn’t about toxic positivity or pretending everything is love and light.

It’s about moving:

✨ From survival to regulation
✨ From isolation to community
✨ From disconnection to remembrance

This Sound Temple will be a sanctuary — a place where people can release, recalibrate and reconnect. A space rooted in both science and spirit.
