Unfortunately the Inner Guru was broken into last night and there is a considerable amount of damage and some things and money that was saved for the Matsés fundraising has been taken

Dear Yogis,

Just a little note to let you know that we’ll be taking a summer break from 4th August to 8th September. It’s time to soak up the sun, rest, and reset!

Our regular classes will be back from Monday 8th September, and I can’t wait to flow with you again then.

This isn’t just a party. It’s a musical journey around the central altar. A space to dance your prayers, sweat your truth, and celebrate 5 years of community, growth and everything in between.

Every song is original. Every lyric comes from lived experience. Her music carries grief, joy, truth and spirit – the kind that moves through the body and lingers in the heart.
