Breast implant illness can be a trouble some condition that some women with breast implants experience, thankfully it is in a very minority of patients . The treatment for this condition would be “enblock capsulectomy “ which is removing the implants and the capsule in its entirety. Following enblock capsulectomy , breast tends to appear deflated and droopy and one of the option of managing this to undergo a second stage breast uplift with fat grafting. This lady has a beautiful result , breast back to larger size , soft and natural and liposuction of her abdomen, flanks and thighs getting rid of excess stubborn fat in these regions.
