⭐️ This is what ALIGNERS can do in just 1 year!

A fantastic transformation for this lovely gentleman, who came to us with a clear goal in mind: improve his smile without fixed braces.

Due to his job, he preferred a more discreet option, so we opted for Invisalign allowing him to maintain confidence throughout treatment while working towards a healthier, more balanced smile. He was also happy to accept a few compromises in exchange for a quicker result.

Over the course of just one year, we achieved some incredible changes:
• Corrected a crossbite
• Improved space and proportions for the lateral incisors
• Addressed a Class III relationship that had been causing tooth wear and chipping

To complete the smile, we enhanced the overall aesthetics with a premium whitening system , followed by minimally invasive composite bonding carefully designed to ensure everything looks natural, subtle, and most importantly… “just like teeth”

After completing his braces journey, we enhanced his smile further with professional tooth whitening, followed by carefully layered composite edge bonding. He initially had smaller teeth which we were able to build up with precision and artistry to create a fuller, more balanced, and natural-looking smile.

Subtle, balanced, and beautifully refreshed ✨

This result was achieved using 1ml of Restylane Kysse, carefully placed to enhance and rejuvenate an M-shaped lip while also softening the surrounding peri-oral tissues.

The goal was never to overfill but to restore structure, improve symmetry, and bring back natural definition. By supporting the cupid’s bow and gently volumising key points, Dr Natalie was able to refine the M shape while maintaining a soft, hydrated appearance.

Treating the peri-oral area alongside the lips helps to smooth fine lines and create a more cohesive, youthful look because true rejuvenation is about harmony, not just volume.

A young lady came to us having lost her confidence in her smile. The crowns on her front four teeth were mismatched in size, out of proportion, discoloured, and were not complimenting her smile.

We began by carefully removing the old crowns, performing gum surgery to even the gum line and stabilising the underlying cores to ensure strength and longevity for the future. Her teeth were then brightened using a professional whitening system , creating the perfect foundation for her new smile.

The new crowns were crafted to be natural, balanced, and beautifully lifelike — blending seamlessly like real teeth should. The result is a smile that not only looks incredible but feels like her again.

Tooth surface loss is often a silent process—gradual, cumulative, and easy to overlook until the effects become impossible to ignore. Years of tooth grinding had taken a significant toll in this case, wearing the teeth down beyond what we would consider normal function. The result was not only a compromised smile aesthetically, but also a clear example of pathological wear that required careful, tailored intervention.

The patient had a very clear vision for his outcome. He wanted a brighter, whiter smile—without the ongoing need for whitening treatments—and importantly, he still wanted the teeth to look natural in their shape and proportions. Achieving that balance between cosmetic enhancement and realism is always the goal.

Treatment began with gum recontouring to improve symmetry and expose more of the natural tooth structure. This step is essential in creating the right foundation—because even the most beautifully crafted teeth will look out of place if the gum levels are uneven. Once the soft tissue was harmonized, the teeth were rebuilt using layered composite veneers. This technique allows for precise control over color, translucency, and anatomy, giving us the ability to create a bright yet natural-looking result in a single, conservative approach.

One of the key benefits of this approach is that the patient no longer needs to worry about whitening—the desired shade is already built into the restorations. The transformation restores both function and aesthetics, addressing the damage caused by years of grinding while delivering a smile that aligns with the patient’s preferences.

The lower teeth will be treated soon to complete the overall balance and harmony of the smile. With proper maintenance and consistent use of nighttime retainers to protect against further grinding, this result is expected to last for many years.

A smile that truly looks like your own, only better using “Just like teeth” porcelain!

This case was all about transformation with intention. Our lovely patient came to us with failing crowns and veneers that were disproportional, had compromised margins, spacing issues, and even lost restorations. With a big birthday on the horizon, she wanted something more refined, more premium, something that would feel natural and harmonious with her face.

We reimagined her smile using premium emax veneers and crowns, carefully designed to restore balance, proportion, and function. The result is not just aesthetic, her gums are healthier (this is immediate cementation, the gums will look much pinker in a week or so), her bite is improved, and her smile now works in complete harmony.
