Hello everyone, I am a 45 year old Consultant Doctor who specialises in Acute Medicine and who has a special interest in addiction to food and alcohol and the removal of ultra processed foods UPFs from our diet. My wife is a Food development expert with a passion for the removal of UPFs from school meals and is currently working with the Welsh assembly to remove these toxins from our children’s school dinners. We have a wealth of knowledge between us on this subject and would love to share this knowledge in order to get the message out and improve the general health and wellness of the population.
