Class Spotlight: Yin Yoga ✨

Yin is the most passive of yoga practices, offering a gentle yet powerful way into mindfulness. Through stillness, we learn to observe the present moment, allowing sensations, emotions, and thoughts to arise and pass without judgment — building true strength in the mind.

This practice works deeply into the connective tissues of the body, particularly the fascia, while also stimulating the body’s energy channels (meridians). The result is a grounding, restorative experience that supports both physical release and inner calm.
