Fundraiser- We raised £450 for our wonderful Jackiezzz project. It was amazing to see so many people supporting us. Massive thanks to Icon Fitness & Lifestyle for organising the event and Katie Jane-Smith for talking/promoting about all the work we do and how we plan to help family with care packages. Tonight we are delivering two comfort packs to people staying overnight at Clatterbridge Cancer Centre in Liverpool, supporting loved ones through cancer treatment 💜🦋

“When my mum was poorly, I didn’t want to leave her side. I was lucky enough to get a visitor bed at Clatterbridge — and at the time I was so grateful. But it also made me aware that if I had one, it likely meant someone else didn’t get that same opportunity.”

Clatterbridge Cancer Centre in Liverpool only has four visitor beds, and many carers spend the night in chairs or on the floor because staying close to the person they love feels non-negotiable.

These comfort packs are completely free for carers. They’re a small, practical way to offer comfort and compassion during a long night, and each one includes:
💜🦋 a self-inflating mattress
💜🦋 a blanket
💜🦋 toothbrush & toothpaste
💜🦋 a face cloth

We didn’t expect this project to be so needed, and while the packs are free, our funding is limited. The demand has shown just how many people are quietly supporting loved ones overnight.

I want to be able to provide more of these packs for carers at Clatterbridge in Liverpool.

💜 Supporting Emotional Healing After Cancer Treatment 💜

We are incredibly grateful to Corazon Tattoo Studio in Bromborough for their kindness and generosity in supporting our emotional health support project.

For many people who have gone through cancer treatment, the tiny radiation tattoo dots can be an unwelcome reminder of a very difficult time. Now, thanks to Corazon’s compassion, anyone who has completed their treatment journey, is in remission, and has received the all clear can have their radiation marks removed completely free of charge.

This amazing offer is available to those who feel ready to close that chapter and take another step forward in their emotional healing.

A huge thank you to Corazon for helping people reclaim their bodies and continue their recovery with confidence and dignity. 💜

💜 JackieZZZ Comfort Packs Update 💜

We’re delighted to share that after trialling a range of different resources — some great, some not so great — we’ve now found the perfect combination to create high-quality JackieZZZ Comfort Packs.

These packs are provided to loved ones supporting someone through cancer treatment at Clatterbridge Cancer Hospital Liverpool, offering a little comfort and rest during some of the hardest times.

We want to say a huge thank you to everyone for your incredible support, generosity, and patience while we worked to get this right.

This is Jackie’s legacy — a tribute to her kindness, warmth, and care for others — and we are so proud to be part of it. 💜

💜Update! We’re Almost There! 💜

We wanted to give you all a quick update — it’s been a busy time behind the scenes!

We’ve been working hard to source ethical and sustainable, high-quality blankets, regulation-compliant air mattresses, and other essential comfort resources such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and disposable face cloths.

We didn’t realise quite how many hurdles we’d need to jump through to get everything just right — but we’re now 99% there! 💜

The final step is perfecting our comfort packs with a bag that carries our logo, made as cost-efficiently and sustainably as possible, using responsibly sourced materials.

We’re so close to being ready to roll these out — thank you all for your patience and support while we get every detail right. 💜
