Improve your knowledge of Health Awareness, Encouraging Physical Activity, Nutrition for Health, and Understanding Mental Wellbeing, with a certificate on completing the course and short exam.

We're working closely with Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust clinical teams to offer wrap-around support for service users, addressing their practical needs through social prescribing. In the last year we received 1,306 referrals from clinical teams 💚

Our Healthy Knowsley service deliver a Family Lifestyle Course that supports families to make healthier choices and improve their wellbeing together. In the last year, the team supported 192 parents and children through the course, and delivered 21 cooking courses too 💚

We're supporting Liverpool Public Health to raise awareness of the MMR vaccination, as measles cases are on the rise in parts of Merseyside.
