In October 2015, after over 25 years of practising Yoga and Meditation I finally took the plunge and embarked on the British Wheel of Yoga 500 hour Teaching Diploma Course with Sarah Beck. This is the highest level of yoga teacher training currently available in the UK. My mission is to teach people that Yoga is not about contorting yourself into impossible positions, it is about finding a peace and quietness inside yourself and is for absolutely everyone and every body! I completed the BWY Foundation Course Level I in 2014, Yin Yoga Intensive in April 2015, and various Kundalini Workshops with Daria & Angela Boulton. In 2021 I completed the gold standard Menopause Teacher Training with Petra Coveny and also Danielle Collins Face Yoga Teacher Training. I really hope my classes help people not to be afraid of Yoga and learn that there is so much more to be gained from attending classes than just the physical practice.

Hi everyone! Looking forward to this week's yoga classes with deep slow stretches combined with deep slow breathing to soothe our nervous system and settle our minds and bodies. Tuesdays at Old Roan Methodist Church and Thursdays at Melling Tithebarn, both classes are £8 drop in or £35 for 5 passes. 6.30pm - 8pm. Beginners are more than welcome. Please bring a warm blanket and socks for the relaxation.

Hi everyone, Yoga is back on tomorrow evening at Old Roan Methodist Church, 6.30pm - 8pm. We have been practising the classic Tree Pose (Vrksasana) for the last couple of weeks, finding stability, strength and lightness within the pose.
Please bring a blanket for the relaxation, 6.30pm - 8pm. £8 drop in or £35 for 5 passes. Beginners welcome. xx ❤️

So sorry but Yoga has been cancelled tonight due to a flood in the cellar at the Methodist Church so there's no heating. It will be back on next Tuesday and we still have Thursday's class at Melling Tithebarn if you want your yoga fix this week!

The Magic of 'Om' Yoga Day!
Hi Everyone! We finally have a date for our 'Magic of 'Om' Yoga Day.
Sunday 1st February, 10am-3pm.
This promises to be a very special day at Melling Tithebarn, where we will be delving into the history of 'Om & learn about the structure and meaning behind the symbol. We will move through a beautiful yoga practice and learn different ways to meditate on the Mantra. We will be having fun with chanting, get creative with our own images of 'Om' and also having a lovely lunch to keep our energies up!
Investment of £50 including lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
Booking is essential as places are limited and have already started filling up.

Welcome to 2026 everyone! Hope you all had a lovely restful Christmas break and feel ready to embrace the New Year and lots more Yoga!
Starting this week, we will be focussing on grounding and finding balance with simple poses that make a powerful yoga practice to keep us strong in mind and body for the coming year.
Tuesdays at Old Roan Methodist Church and Thursdays at Melling Tithebarn - 6.30pm - 8pm. Please bring a warm blanket and socks, especially this week with the weather being so cold. Beginners are more than welcome.
£8.00 drop in or £35 for 5 passes.

Our final classes of 2025 are this week on Tuesday at Old Roan Methodist Church and Thursday at Melling Tithebarn. 6.30pm - 8pm. We'll be continuing our theme of slowing down, recharging our batteries ready for the crazy Christmas rush!

Hi everyone! Yoga is ON tonight at Melling Tithebarn, so if anyone missed their Tuesday fix please come along! It will be a very gentle grounding class so please make sure you bring blankets and anything to keep you warm and snuggly! If my throat allows we will be moving through a guided Samhain (Celtic New Year) when the veil between the present and the past is at it's thinnest!
So snuggle by our fire, relax and enjoy!

Hi everyone, sorry for the late message but yoga is cancelled tonight at Old Roan Methodist Church as I have a terrible cough and cold. I'm hoping to be okay for Thursday's class but will keep you all posted. Am so sorry, I was hoping to get better as the day wore on but just need a hot bath & early night. See you all soon!

After our last magical experience practicing yoga amongst the Alpacas, we are back with another day of yoga & relaxation with in their beautiful surroundings at Yew Tree Farm.

Alpacas are known for their calming effect, according to the University of London 'Alpacas enjoy human company and are very gentle, inquisitive and intelligent. Spending just a short amount of time with these fluffy animals is a great way to de-stress'.

The theme of the day is 'Slowing down and letting go' so this promises to be a true day of deep relaxation. Includes a delicious lunch, time with the Alpacas, learning about their world and we will finish our day with a Autumnal themed Yoga Nidra.

If the weather is kind we will be outdoors with the Alpacas for the morning session and in the Coffee Barn for lunch and Yoga Nidra.

Please let us know if there are any dietary requirements.

Sunday 12th October 10am - 3pm.
Cost of the day is £45 with a £10 deposit required.

Hi Yogis! Our classes this week are all about slowing down and letting go. Summer has the element of Fire and we are now moving back towards the slower, deeper Earth element. Beginners are welcome in all our classes. Tuesdays at Old Roan Methodist Church & Thursdays at Melling Tithebarn. 6.30pm - 8pm.
