"Insights are the keys to unlocking our peace and harmony. Through my journey of self-discovery and self-development, I've come to realize the importance of understanding the energies we give out and take in.

We often attract experiences that reflect our inner world. For me, this meant attracting bullies from a young age. But as I looked deeper, I realized that these experiences were opportunities for growth and insight.

The biggest lesson I've learned is the power of gratitude and transformation. Even in the darkest moments, we can find the lessons and thank those who helped us grow.

That's why I want to thank the bullies who helped me develop resilience and compassion. Their actions may have hurt me, but they also taught me valuable lessons that have shaped me into the person I am today.

Now, I'm passionate about sharing these insights with others through our B.E.C.I programme, helping people find in their own lives.

When we connect with our Higher Self we become grounded and feel peace, calm and happier.

We transcend ego-driven triggers
We gain control over stored emotional responses
We release patterns of stress and anxiety
We cultivate inner peace and calm

Connection to ego can create:

Triggers that spark negative emotions
Stored responses that manifest as physical or emotional pain
Patterns of reactivity and stress

But when we connect with our Higher Self:

We become aware of our thoughts and emotions
We learn to manage our responses
We develop emotional intelligence

High Blood Pressure: Ongoing stress can lead to increased blood pressure, putting strain on the cardiovascular system.
Sciatica: Tension and inflammation can put pressure on the sciatic nerve, causing pain and discomfort.

"Insights can be a double-edged sword. When used correctly, they can guide us towards growth, self-awareness, and empowerment. But when misused or misunderstood, insights can lead to:

Wrong decisions and regret
Poor relationships and conflicts
Challenges and obstacles
Emotional struggles and turmoil

For years, I thought being positive was enough. I kept my emotions in, even when they were screaming to be heard. I'd laugh on the outside, while tears were welling up inside. And to make matters worse, I'd attract people with energies that would amplify my inner turmoil.

The truth is, we often don't know what we don't know. We're not taught to recognize the signs of energetic imbalance or how to protect ourselves. But when we take the time to connect with our bodies and Higher Selves, everything changes.

By tuning into our inner world, we can:

Develop deep awareness of our thoughts and emotions
Improve our problem-solving skills and intuition
Attract positive energies and experiences
Protect ourselves from draining influences
Cultivate a sense of inner peace and balance

When we prioritize our inner connection, we become more resilient, empowered, and aware. We can navigate life's challenges with greater ease and confidence.

CONNECTION

"Once you realize that all our decisions, hurt, confidence, and life comes from within, it changes everything. Nobody told us this growing up because our parents didn't know either.

I used to think a smack didn't harm me as a kid, but after learning about connection and how our body stores memories, I think differently now.

The truth is, many of our core beliefs are formed between the ages of 0-7, often influenced by those around us.

It might be a parent being overworked, a father working away, or the absence of a masculine or feminine role model.

These early experiences can shape our perceptions and impact our lives in profound ways.

People think they needed a bad upbringing to suffer now, but the truth is, our connection to ourselves is so powerful. When we're disconnected, we can feel:

Anxious and uncertain
Lost and without direction
Overwhelmed and stressed
Disempowered and lacking confidence
Disconnected from our emotions and needs

But when we cultivate connection to ourselves, it becomes as natural as brushing our teeth. And the benefits are incredible:

Increased self-awareness and understanding
Improved emotional regulation and resilience
Enhanced confidence and self-trust
Better decision-making and intuition
Deeper sense of purpose and fulfilment

On the other hand, empowerment can also lead to overwhelm, burnout, and unrealistic expectations. Without proper support and boundaries, it can feel like a weighty responsibility, leading to stress and anxiety.
