✈️ This year I re-trained to become a travel agent - and I’m absolutely obsessed with the whole industry! Whyyy didn’t I do travel and tourism after school? I could’ve been doing this job for YEARS!

🏝️ So now I can book ALL of your travel for you. Flights, hotels and resorts, itineraries, cruises, insurance, airport transfers, car rentals, event tickets, staycations, health and wellness retreats, in fact ANYTHING travel related.

😫 Also WHY did I turn down the opportunity to join this particular company not once but TWICE in the past 18 months? I’m KICKING myself BUT, it’s never too late, I’m 52 and wanted something new for myself, and THIS IS IT.

💷 Anyway, things have happened quickly, I’m now running my own travel business, earning 💰 in commission, and being getting more out of my own travel 💸by ‘Travelling Smarter’.

💯 It’s one million percent one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, this business is INSANE, if you’re booking at least one holiday a year, or trips totalling £4k to £6k, you CAN’T AFFORD NOT to be in this business, quite frankly.

🌟🌟🌟 Changing my feed a bit, people! 🌟🌟🌟

📖  Bit of context: Years ago, after a long and sh!tty battle with my mental health after breast cancer, I decided to use my experiences to help other women. I became a teacher of the Heal Your Life philosophy 🌈❤️by Louise Hay, took a diploma 📃 in life coaching, became a certified law of attraction teacher, and then promptly went about setting myself up in business.

💕 I became a coach for women navigating life after big changes in their lives.

💻 I needed a website - and after being skint from not working and doing all my training, and knowing absolutely nothing about ‘tech’, I had no option but to teach myself how to build one!

🤦🏼‍♀️ It took ages. There were disasters, lots that I couldn’t really afford to make. But I carried on and now I’m good at them, I found my inner geek 🤓 I love building them, I can get lost for hours working on them. I love the creative, design side, and I love all of the linking up in the background to make everything work.

👩🏼‍💻I can build simple, one page landing pages, or more complex sites with stores, blogs, booking systems, email marketing, forums etc.

📧 I’ve taught myself SEO, and picked up other skills on Canva too, creating pdf workbooks, logos, social media graphics etc (although for logos and socials graphics, I prefer to recommend someone else).

💁🏼‍♀️ So who knew I’d find something else that still allows me to help women, but in a different way?

🌟 I’ve built a few new sites recently, I’ll share them in my highlights as I reorganise my page!
