Hey I’m Sarah thanks for being here. I’m a mum of two tiny humans and a fur mum to Tasha and Nala, my Romanian Rescues. 🏠 I moved to Livingston in 2018 from my hometown in West Yorkshire.

I’ve been nursing for over 10 years WHAT 😅 that time has flown I’ve worked in a variety of settings, so you are definitely in safe hands. The second picture is 10 years ago shortly after graduation, the world was my oyster.

On my days off you can find me with the kettle on sipping Yorkshire tea (decaf, of course!), thrifting, or spending time with my babies. I believe in slow living with the seasons, deep connections, sustainability, and trying to squeeze in some self care for 5 minutes. I try and find joy living a simple slow life.

I care deeply for people and their well being and I feel fulfilled in both my jobs being able to make somebody’s day or improve their quality of life.

I’m loving every moment after I reopened my holistic business which I originally started in 2022. I’m excited to see where the journey takes me. I’m deeply passionate about supporting women in different seasons of their lives whether that be in hormonal imbalance, pregnancy postpartum, menopause or women just looking for deep relaxation and comfort in a nurturing space where you can feel held and validated.
