Merry Christmas from all of us here at One Space

Great couple of gym and yoga classes to finish off our Xmas eve schedule. Time to rest up for a couple of days and we’ll see everyone back on Saturday for your 8am HYROX session. Few extra calories to burn off I reckon 😏

Very proud of our members here raising over 100 presents for the Kid’s Christmas Appeal by Kidzeco in the Community 🎁

Couldn’t be happier to donate to such a great cause, and it was great to get an insight into the hard work they do at Kidzeco to make sure all of these kids and families get presents and a Christmas meal during this festive time. Honoured to be a part of this and thank you again to Kidzeco for organising this 🎄
