Following the success of Nat’s last workshop, and as a response to the demand for another one, we are excited to confirm that our next Create your own Dream Catcher Workshop will take place on the 14th June 2-4pm at Sonshine Hollistic in Barden House.

Booking is live now and there are limited spaces. The cost includes all materials and you will take your creation home with you on the day.

Fun bank holiday family day out to Peebles with a trip to gustaf.studios & houseofgaiaofficial_.

It’s was a gorgeous drive through in the sunshine & we had a delicious lunch at The Park Hotel.

Obviously I had to add to my crystal collection too 😉!

What an amazing two days celebrating the Sacred Fire Festival with our awesome partners in crime Adam & Kelly!

There were tattoos & magical gifts from on Earth, delicious food from Joe, nourishing yoga, saunas & so much laughter.

We are so grateful to have had the sun shine yesterday & a dry evening for our campfire. Now for hot baths and early nights all round.

Fun & games with our new Giant Jenga set courtesy of a skilled craftsman from Alzheimer’s Scotland.

These blocks are too beautiful to write on so we used a random selector to choose which yoga pose to do after every move.

This week we’ve been chatting about glimmers in my classes. These are little sparks of loveliness that remind us that life has good moments even on the darkest of days. They don’t have to be big or dramatic but just a moment in time that makes us smile.
