We’ve dipped our toes into running a big event a couple of times now but what we have planned for this year is NEXT LEVEL!

We all know that Ruth is our Queen of Sound baths but even I couldn’t resist this full moon bowl to use in my reiki sessions and classes.

One of my favourite Christmas presents, this bowl came all the way from Nepal & was made by hand on a Full Moon evening by enhancing the subtle moon energy for healing vibrations. Traditionally, these types of bowls were made of seven sacred metals, corresponding to the seven planets.

Right now I’m enjoying getting to know my new bowl & this is a photo of me giving myself a sound massage after a lovely reiki session.

Tomorrow is the day many of us are getting back on the treadmill of life (I’m literally on the treadmill here & that was my inspiration for this post 😂)! My intention for this year is to see the daily work as less of a chore & more of a fun road trip with frequent stops along the way to rest, nourish & play.

Having our own yoga studio is Ruth’s & my dream come true & we are both infinitely grateful for all the magical people we get to meet, teach & work with. We have some of the kindest & most dedicated teachers in West Lothian teaching at Sonshine Hollistic & this week starts with Magda’s Pilates at 9.30am tomorrow.

I will also be back this week with my kids classes, chair yoga & outreach work but won’t resume Sunday classes until Sunday 18th January.
