Radical Acceptance...is accepting that whats happened to you is meant to and you're gonna be OK 🫠...always staying curious as life doesn't always come with instant fixes, curiosity will always take you closer to what you need.
We always want instant gratification because we don't like discomfort and like to blame, even judge ourselves and others but just PAUSE .....and have more trust that it will be ok, let it pass through whatever that is.

Logic&Emotions will try to win, but just sit with it,(or get out in nature with me! 🍂🍃🍁🍂🪾🌿🍂) let it pass through and influence your mind, your heart - and your body and you'll be in a less reactive state ✨️ 💫 🌟 ⚡️✨️thats where you start 🫠🤗, with **yourself** loving yourself ➡️ first....! Not relying on anyone else telling us how great/amazing we are but showing ourselves! Without attachment or reliance on anyone. Using our own muscles to shift our energy to a calmer positive state 🧘‍♀️
