Throwback Thursday:
A look back to 2019 as we completed a session with some Thermo-Auricular Therapy (ear candling) to ease congestion in the ears, sinus and relieve congestion headaches.

Some hip rehab with young Scottish athlete Jacob. Some band work Working on opening up the hip and realigning the quads and activating the glutes. finishing our session with the med ball adductor and abductor release.. excellent for releasing tension in the legs and increasing hip mobility even through the burning.

Well it’s been quite a week but we are officially moved in to our new home. As you’ll see it’s quite a transformation from an old lecture theatre to our new clinic space. Huge thank you to Andy and the construction crew at Delta house for a speedy 2 week epic job. Also a massive thanks to David and Troi from for doing all the ‘hefty’ moving. And finally to for all the help Packing and hauling. We literally had a day and half to pack up and move in finishing with our last clients at the old venue Monday evening and back working with clients in our new space on Wednesday afternoon. Just our anatomy pictures to go up and the final touches to our exercise rehab to complete. With no space for now to house our Skeli Norman, he seems quite happy chilling in the closet!
