We unfortunately find the need to post this polite request aimed at a tiny minority of people who contact us.
Recently we received a notification of a ‘missed call’ from a mobile number - this person Did Not leave a voicemail message. Subsequently the following day they called again but this time DID leave a voicemail. A very unpleasant, abusive message where they swore at us for not calling them back the day before. Be assured that we will NOT respond to this kind of message and we will not accept clients who respond in this manner. We are a very professional and respectful company and expect the same in return. Please be aware that we will not call back unrecognised missed calls unless they have left a polite voicemail.
We appreciate your understanding that we are extremely busy and booked up weeks In Advance. That being so we acknowledge that most of you also are aware that we run clinics back to back with clients and therefore cannot answer all calls if they happen while we are with clients - that’s why our voicemail recording Clearly asks you to leave a message. We are aware that our voicemail service usually takes a few days to notify us of messages and we apologise if we take a little longer to respond as a result of this. Alternatively please be aware that you can text message us on our usual number, and we can usually respond to those faster.
We very much appreciate that this does not refer to the vast majority of you and appreciate your understanding in reading this. Hope you ve all had a good weekend 🙏🏻❤️

Ha ha… wow 10 yrs ago! Today this memory came up after a complete beating sesh with the CLAN- and 10 yrs later… training with the best, the clan, my family I still often look like this 👊🏻🤣. If you’re not dying you e not trained hard enough! CLAN FOREVER ❤️
